Chef Aurelien embodies the saying that "age is just a number". At just 30, Aurelien has already clocked up 11 years of industry experience, previously working in the Ashford Castle in Ireland, and has stints in some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe.

Social media is always the relaxed channel to connect with stakeholders. Not only is it a channel that offers direct support, but social media is also a great form of word-of-mouth PR. We use the Instagram platform to connect with stakeholders, share their feedback on our stories and upload our activities such as discounts and high-quality photos.

Service quality is always the top goal of our store. To keep our customers satisfied, we do a few things:

-Establish a quality control department in charge of quality-related documents and work to resolve these documents.

-Invest in and train all employees in the company.
